MacSharry slams government “lack of action” on looming beef trade disaster

Public meeting on crisis tonight in Carrick on Shannon

Fianna Fáil Senator Marc Mac Sharry will host a public meeting of all Fianna Fáil Elected Representatives and people associated with farming and the beef trade from the West North West and border areas TONIGHT, Wednesday September 3rd, in the Bush Hotel, Carrick On Shannon at 9pm.

The meeting has been organised in response to the ongoing and worsening beef crisis and the lack of action from government.

Senator MacSharry has accused the government of “lack of action” on the looming disaster in the beef industry.

Representatives of beef trade and farming organisations have been urged to attend.
